Coco is an AI assistant that helps you organize and plan your wedding. It is a planning tool, not a licensed professional, and it does not replace one.

• AI can be wrong. Coco's answers, suggestions, budget estimates, timelines, and vendor recommendations are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Double-check anything important before relying on it.
• Not legal, financial, or tax advice. Coco can summarize a vendor contract or compare quotes, but it is not a lawyer, accountant, or financial advisor. Have a qualified professional review contracts and significant financial decisions.
• Vendor information comes from third parties. Vendor details, pricing, availability, and reviews come from public sources and the vendors themselves. Coco doesn't endorse or guarantee any vendor, and isn't a party to any agreement you make with one. Confirm prices and terms directly with each vendor.
• You approve what gets sent. Coco can draft outreach emails for you, but you're responsible for reviewing what's sent on your behalf and for any commitments you make.
• Inspiration images belong to their owners. Images Coco pulls from Unsplash are subject to the Unsplash License and remain the property of their photographers.
• No guarantee of outcomes. Coco helps you stay organized, but it can't guarantee deadlines are met, vendors respond, or your event goes as planned.

By creating an account or using Coco, you agree to these terms.

• Your account. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account, including anyone you invite to collaborate on your wedding.
• Acceptable use. Don't use Coco to send spam, harass vendors or anyone else, upload content you don't have the right to share, or try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• Your content. You keep ownership of the details, documents, and images you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Coco for you.
• Subscriptions. Coco AI is a paid monthly subscription billed through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your account page; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Prices and any promotional discounts are shown at checkout.
• Service changes. Coco is actively developed, and features may change or be removed. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
• Limitation of liability. Coco is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses from vendor disputes, cancellations, or decisions made based on Coco's suggestions.

We collect only what we need to plan your wedding with you, and we never sell your data.

• What we collect. Your account details (name, email), the wedding information you add (dates, budget, guests, vendors, tasks, notes, documents, and inspiration images), your conversations with Coco, and basic usage and error data.
• How we use it. To provide and improve Coco, respond to you, process payments, and send account and service emails.
• Who we share it with. Only service providers that help us run Coco: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Anthropic (the AI model that powers Coco's replies), Stripe (payments; we never see your full card number), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring). Vendors only receive emails you choose to send them.
• Your choices. You can update your wedding details at any time. To export or delete your account and data, email us and we'll take care of it.
